This Privacy Policy describes how Deepark Technologies ("Deepark", "we") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit deepark.tech or use our services.

Information we collect

• Contact information you submit via our contact form or by email (name, email, company, message).
• Usage data such as pages viewed, referrers, and approximate geolocation derived from IP, processed by Cloudflare as our CDN.
• Customer data processed on behalf of our enterprise customers under a separate data processing agreement.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and support requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Model providers

When our services integrate third-party AI providers (including OpenAI), customer prompts and completions are sent to those providers under their terms. We configure API usage to disable provider-side training on customer data where such controls are available.

Data retention

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months. Customer data retention is governed by the applicable order form or DPA.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@deepark.tech.

Security

We operate with least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and production monitoring. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@deepark.tech.
